- Base salary starting from $170k + production, and no negative accrual
- 120 hours annual PTO and 40 hours additional PTO for CE

Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a practice seeking a full-time Medical Director to lead their veterinary team. This role involves working with dogs and cats in a community-focused clinic dedicated to providing high-quality spay/neuter and preventive care services.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Medical Director will provide leadership across the hospital, driving positive change, shaping the clinic’s vision, and fostering a strong team culture. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical standards, supporting staff development, and working closely with leadership to implement strategies that enhance patient and client care. The role focuses on delivering high-quality spay and neuter procedures alongside vaccination services, within a high-volume environment. This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian with strong leadership skills and a passion for community-focused care.
Practice Details
The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. It is a high-volume, high-quality spay/neuter and vaccine clinic serving the local community, including low-income pet owners and rescue organizations. Services are focused on preventative care, including vaccinations and spay and neuter surgeries. The practice is dedicated to improving animal health through preventative care and owner education, with an emphasis on compassionate, individualized care and promoting public health within the community.

The clinic operates with a collaborative team focused on delivering compassionate care and supporting the community, with an emphasis on teamwork and shared goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
