Introduction
Our client is a practice seeking a Medical Director to lead a dedicated and growing team within an AAHA-accredited environment. This well-established small animal practice is known for delivering compassionate care and maintaining strong client relationships. The practice prides itself on a collaborative, supportive culture and continues to grow, with plans to relocate to a new facility in 2026.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and closed on Sundays. The position may be full-time or part-time with flexibility to support work-life balance.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Medical Director will provide high-quality small animal care while also leading the clinical team, supporting growth, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, supporting a high tech-to-DVM workflow, contributing to a fear-free patient experience, and ensuring clinical standards are upheld. The role is suited to an experienced veterinarian committed to professional growth and high-quality medicine.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
