Alongside their clinical responsibilities, the Medical Director will mentor and support veterinarians, promote clinical excellence through training and case collaboration, ensure compliance with medical protocols and regulatory standards, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Working closely with hospital leadership, they will help enhance patient outcomes, client satisfaction, and overall hospital performance while fostering a positive and collaborative culture. This position is open to experienced veterinarians.

This full-service general practice supports preventative care, sick patient appointments, diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, dentistry, and surgery. Diagnostic capabilities include X-rays and ultrasound alongside facilities for comprehensive bloodwork and disease screening.
Veterinary services include nose-to-tail wellness examinations, routine checkups, vaccinations, microchipping, comprehensive bloodwork, disease screening, behavioral and anxiety evaluations, nutritional consultations, dental consultations, dental cleanings, surgical consultations, spays and neuters, and surgical procedures.
The medical caseload includes vomiting, diarrhea, appetite changes, skin and coat conditions, ear and eye conditions, infections and irritation, allergies, pain, limping and panting, bites, abscesses, lacerations, dental conditions, and oral trauma.

Team
The hospital places an emphasis on ongoing education and evidence-based medicine, creating an environment focused on maintaining high clinical standards and continued learning. Structured training is provided to the veterinary support teams, helping support the delivery of care across the hospital’s full-service general practice offering.
