Established in 1975, the practice has built a longstanding reputation for quality veterinary care, reflected in its excellent 4.7-star Google rating. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Medical Director will be responsible for the full scope of Medical Director responsibilities while serving as the clinical leader of the hospital. Your scope of practice will be broad, encompassing Wellness and Prevention, advanced Testing and Diagnostics, complex Surgical Procedures, and the management of higher-level medical cases. As the champion of medical excellence within the practice, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing associate veterinarians, partnering closely with the Practice Manager to build a healthy and engaged team, and driving the continuous improvement of patient care and client service. This is a key leadership position where you will set the standard for clinical quality, support professional growth across the medical team, and foster a culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Specific hours are to be discussed. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian with a minimum of two years of practical clinical experience who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and delivering exceptional veterinary medicine.

Practice Details
This AAHA Certified and Fear Free Certified® Practice provides a full scope of GP services alongside Urgent Care and Orthopedics, creating a varied and rewarding caseload across companion animals, exotic pets, and pocket pets. The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology, including but not limited to ultrasound, Tonopen equipment, digital x-ray, and dental digital x-ray, supporting efficient diagnostics and comprehensive patient management. The practice places a strong emphasis on providing high-quality medicine while maintaining a low-stress experience for patients whenever possible. In addition to its core veterinary services, the hospital also offers pet behaviour therapy and laser therapy, allowing clinicians to support a wider range of patient needs. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and is closed on Sundays, providing consistent access to care for the community it has served for nearly five decades.

Team
The hospital consists of 3 DVMs working within a highly collaborative clinical environment. You will be supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
