Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital hiring for a Medical Director. This is an opportunity to lead a well-established practice focused on delivering high-quality medical and surgical care while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the practice closed on weekends. The role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This role is suited to an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership position. Responsibilities include advancing medical care standards, leading and mentoring the team, creating an environment of teamwork and collaboration, and overseeing the daily operations of the practice. The Medical Director will also be responsible for driving revenue and financial performance, supporting practice growth, and maintaining high levels of patient care through clinical duties.

Team
The team consists of 2 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team, creating a collaborative and positive working environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
