Our client is a veterinary hospital that is hiring a Full-Time Medical Director. Caring for Cats, Dogs, Pocket Pets, Rabbits, Reptiles, and ZooMED species, this opportunity offers the chance to lead a well-established multi-species practice that has been serving its community since 1991. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Medical Director will be responsible for the full scope of Veterinary Medical Director responsibilities, balancing clinical practice with leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight. In addition to maintaining an active caseload, you will help establish and uphold high medical standards, support and develop fellow veterinarians and team members, and foster a collaborative culture focused on exceptional patient care. The role offers the opportunity to lead a varied caseload spanning companion animals, exotic pets, and ZooMED species, making it particularly appealing for veterinarians who enjoy diversity in their clinical work. This position is best suited to an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about both practicing high-quality medicine and helping a veterinary team reach its full potential. Practice Details
This hospital provides a broad range of veterinary services across multiple species, creating a dynamic and engaging caseload. Operating Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and remaining closed on weekends, the practice offers a structured schedule that supports both clinical excellence and work-life balance. The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology including, but not limited to, Digital Radiography, Digital Dental Radiography, diagnostic Ultrasound, Electronic Medical Records, Cold and Therapeutic Lasers, and a fully equipped In-House Laboratory. Facilities include an Isolation Ward, Intensive Care Unit, In-Office Surgical Suite, and In-House Pharmacy, allowing clinicians to manage a wide variety of medical and surgical cases under one roof. Clinical services include Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, and Laser Surgery, supported by additional treatment options such as Acupuncture, Chiropractic Services, Oxygen Therapy, and Transfusion Therapy. The combination of advanced equipment, extensive treatment capabilities, and a diverse patient population creates an excellent environment for practicing progressive veterinary medicine.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
