Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a full-time Medical Director to join their team, providing care for cats and dogs.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves full scope GP responsibilities, managing a wide range of general practice cases while taking on leadership duties within the practice. The position is suited to an experienced veterinarian.
Practice Details
The AAHA accredited hospital operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The practice offers a full scope of GP services, including orthopedic surgery and urgent care.
Team
The team consists of 4 DVMs supported by a supportive staff environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
