The Package

  • A base salary + production, and no negative accrual

Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a practice hiring for a full-time Medical Director to support their growing team and caseload, working with cats and dogs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position combines a full scope of general practice with leadership responsibilities, offering a balance between hands-on clinical work and the opportunity to shape the future of the hospital. The Medical Director will be expected to deliver high-quality veterinary care while also guiding and supporting the team. This role is suited to an experienced veterinarian, and doctor hours are open to discussion.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and is well-equipped to support a range of clinical services. The practice is proud to offer Fear Free services and provides dental care, elective surgeries, and common major procedures, supported by both dental and full-body X-ray.

Team
The team consists of one DVM supported by a great team of support staff, working together in a supportive environment.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
