Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital in Gresham, Oregon, hiring for a Hospital Medical Leader to oversee clinical operations and lead the veterinary team. Located within a retail pet care center, the hospital provides comprehensive veterinary services to the local community.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates seven days a week, with hours aligned to the retail store’s schedule. The Hospital Medical Leader role is a full-time position, encompassing both clinical duties and administrative responsibilities.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Hospital Medical Leader is responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and client experience. This includes driving continuous improvement in clinical skills, overseeing the veterinary team, and collaborating with hospital staff to maintain efficient operations. The role also involves mentoring associate veterinarians and supporting the professional growth of the team.
