Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a full-time Lead Veterinarian to join their team. Caring for cats and dogs, this established practice has been serving the community since 2010 and offers an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role within a collaborative, high-quality practice.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves providing the full scope of Lead Veterinarian responsibilities while delivering exceptional patient care across a varied companion animal caseload. You will work closely with the clinical team to maintain high standards of medicine and support the continued success of the practice. Specific hours are to be discussed. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm and is closed on weekends. They provide a full scope of GP services alongside Urgent Care, offering a varied companion animal caseload. The practice is equipped with, but not limited to, digital full-body radiology, digital dental radiology, and an In-House Laboratory. Facilities include a fear-free environment, a state-of-the-art facility, a dedicated surgery suite, doggy daycare, a luxury boarding and grooming facility complete with a splash pad, and Cornerstone practice management software. Additional services include laser therapy.

You will be joining a team of 2 DVMs, supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. The hospital is led by a supportive leadership team focused on the success and well-being of its associates, fostering a collaborative culture built on teamwork, communication, and professional growth. Together, the team works seamlessly to deliver exceptional patient care and client service while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
