Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire a full-time Medical Director. This full-service veterinary hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care and is seeking an experienced clinical leader to oversee medical excellence while continuing to deliver outstanding patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses the full scope of Medical Director responsibilities. As the Medical Lead Veterinarian, you will champion medical excellence throughout the hospital, leading by example while maintaining a high standard of patient care and client service. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing associate veterinarians, partnering with the Practice Manager to build a healthy and engaged team, and driving the continuous improvement of patient care and client service. This is a key leadership position where you will set the standard for clinical quality while fostering a culture of collaboration, professional development, and continuous growth. Specific working hours will be discussed further. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian with a minimum of two years of practical clinical experience.

Practice Details
The practice provides the full scope of General Practice services alongside Urgent Care, offering a varied companion animal caseload. The hospital is equipped with, but not limited to, Digital Radiography, an In-Hospital Laboratory, a Doppler Monitor, and a Tonopen, supporting advanced diagnostics and patient care. In addition to its core veterinary services, the practice also provides Laser Therapy. The hospital is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

Team
You will be joining a team of 4 DVMs, supported by a passionate and highly experienced team of certified technicians, veterinary assistants, and client service representatives. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
