Our client is a small animal hospital for Cats and Dogs that is hiring a Full-Time Medical Director. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of Veterinary Medical Director responsibilities while also contributing clinically within the hospital’s GP and Urgent Care services. This opportunity requires an experienced veterinarian who is comfortable leading within a collaborative team environment while supporting high standards of medicine and patient care. The role offers flexible scheduling alongside strong professional growth opportunities within a supportive and team-oriented practice culture.

Practice Details
This is an AAHA-accredited, Cat Friendly, and Fear Free certified practice offering a full scope of GP and Urgent Care services alongside endocrinology services. The hospital operates from a modern facility featuring a full surgical suite and is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology, including but not limited to an in-house laboratory, digital dental x-ray, and digital x-ray equipment, supporting comprehensive patient care and efficient clinical workflow. General Practice hours operate Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Urgent Care hours operate Sunday through Tuesday from 10:00am to 10:00pm, Thursday from 10:00am to 9:00pm, Friday from 10:00am to 9:00pm, and Saturday from 10:00am to 10:00pm. The practice environment is designed to support high quality medicine while maintaining a collaborative and compassionate culture for both team members and clients.

The practice is home to a skilled and collaborative team including 6 DVMs supported by a high technician-to-doctor ratio, ensuring excellent support for doctors and optimal patient care. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
