Introduction
Our client is a practice seeking a full-time Medical Director to lead its team while continuing to provide exceptional care for cats and dogs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to combine clinical practice with leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will practice medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital. The role is full-time, working four weekdays with rotating weekends.

Practice Details
The practice is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. It is equipped with the latest veterinary technology and services, including digital radiology, ultrasound, in-house laboratories, cold laser therapy and more. As an AAHA-accredited practice committed to using Fear Free techniques where possible, the hospital provides a full scope of GP services, including wellness, preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery and dentistry.

Team
The hospital is home to one DVM and offers a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
