Seeing cats and dogs, the practice has a dedicated team and an established client base, providing a strong foundation for a leader who is eager to drive performance, build culture, and create long-term success. The role also includes a profit-sharing component, offering the opportunity to benefit from the growth and success of the practice.

Role Description and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include leading the hospital, managing patient care, maintaining high clinical standards, supporting and managing the team, and delivering excellent veterinary care. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat patients, perform surgical and dental procedures, provide excellent aftercare, and build strong relationships with clients through clear communication. Doctor hours are flexible and will be discussed based on the successful candidate’s availability.

Practice Details
The hospital is a well-equipped, modern facility offering a combination of general practice services alongside some urgent care. It is open Monday through Saturday, with urgent care appointments available on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays.
