Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a full-time Lead Veterinarian to provide exceptional care for cats and dogs. This is an opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership in a well-supported environment.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This role combines the full scope of general practice responsibilities with leadership duties. Clinical work includes wellness, preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry, alongside urgent care cases. Doctor hours are open to discussion. This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian.
Practice Details
The hospital is well-equipped and provides the full scope of GP services, including wellness, preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry, alongside urgent care services. The practice is open Tuesday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and is closed on Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Team
You will be supported by a well-trained team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and the day-to-day leadership of the practice.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
