Our client is a hospital that is hiring a Full-Time Lead Veterinarian. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Lead Veterinarian will practice gold-standard medicine while leading and mentoring a high-performing medical team within a collaborative clinical environment. This role offers autonomy to influence clinic culture, guide clinical standards, and support the ongoing development of the hospital and its medical team. The caseload consists of a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases, providing variety within a fast-paced practice setting. The schedule offers a flexible 3–4 day workweek consisting of 10–12 hour shifts with no overnight responsibilities. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian with 5+ years of clinical experience and previous leadership or mentorship experience who is passionate about modern veterinary medicine and building a positive and supportive team culture.

Practice Details
The hospital provides Urgent Care, emergency veterinary services, and a full scope of GP services within a modern and well-equipped clinical environment designed to support efficient workflow and high standards of patient care. Operating from 8:00am to 8:00pm, 365 days a year, the hospital offers extended access to veterinary care for clients while creating a dynamic caseload that combines wellness, urgent care, and emergency medicine. The practice environment is structured to support collaboration between veterinarians and support staff, allowing doctors to focus on delivering quality medicine while working within a fast-paced but team-oriented setting. The hospital’s modern facilities and extended service hours provide exposure to a wide variety of medical cases, making this an excellent opportunity for veterinarians seeking both clinical variety and leadership responsibilities within a growing practice environment.

Team
The hospital consists of 2 DVMs supported by a dedicated team of veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
