Job Description

Introduction
A two-doctor small animal hospital in West Linn, Oregon is looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its close-knit team. This is a great opportunity to work in a well-established, client-focused practice that values strong doctor-client relationships and continuity of care.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Tuesday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and closed on Mondays and weekends. A consistent four-day workweek offers excellent work-life balance in a calm, supportive setting.

Role Description and Responsibilities
You will manage a diverse caseload of dogs and cats in a collaborative, well-supported environment that values clear communication and individualized treatment. The team operates with longer appointments, allowing you to focus on quality over volume.

Practice Details
The hospital includes well-equipped exam rooms, in-house lab capabilities, digital radiography, and access to specialists within the broader network. Electronic medical records and strong support staff help streamline workflows.

You’ll be joining a dedicated two-doctor team backed by experienced technicians and assistants who are invested in creating a positive culture and delivering excellent care to a loyal client base.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
