Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital located in Randolph, New Jersey, seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their collaborative and supportive team. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who values high-quality medicine, teamwork, and continuous professional development in a progressive and well-equipped environment.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. The hospital is closed on Sundays. Specific doctor hours have not been provided.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role is best suited for an experienced veterinarian. Clinical responsibilities include providing gold-standard care in a full-service hospital with a focus on diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, preventative care, and client education. The hospital places a strong emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.

Practice Details
This AAHA-accredited hospital is equipped with a new ultrasound machine, digital and dental radiography, a Co2 surgical laser, in-house laboratory, and microscope. Services offered include diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, laser therapy, senior pet care, microchipping, DNA testing, end-of-life services, and pharmacy support. The facility also features a client-exclusive boarding area to support continuity of care. The culture is progressive, team-focused, and centered on evidence-based medicine.

Team
The practice is home to 3 DVMs and a great support staff. The environment is collaborative and mentorship-driven, supported by two experienced lead doctors committed to professional growth and fostering a respectful and engaged team culture.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
