Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a Associate Veterinarian to join and lead their growing two-doctor practice caring for dogs and cats.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. There are no overnight emergency or Sunday shifts required, with after-hours care provided by local emergency facilities. This is a full-time position with a strong focus on maintaining work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
Clinical responsibilities include preventive medicine, diagnostics, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, spay and neuter procedures, radiology, lab services, microchipping, pet euthanasia, and tumor removal.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, on-site laboratory services, and x-ray capabilities. Services provided include preventive care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and end-of-life care, all delivered within a high-standard, supportive environment.

The hospital has two doctors supported by a capable, compassionate team operating in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment that emphasizes professional development and exceptional patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
