Introduction
Our client is a full-service animal hospital hiring for a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian. Located in Nashville, IN, this general practice clinic offers high-quality care to a diverse clientele through walk-in services, with a long-standing reputation that attracts pet owners from across the state.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00am to 11:00am and 2:00pm to 5:00pm, with patients asked to sign in by 4:00pm. On Wednesdays, appointments are by scheduling only, and on Saturdays, the hospital is open from 8:00am to 11:00am. It is closed on Sundays and holidays. The position is full-time and offers flexible scheduling to support a balanced lifestyle.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing general practice veterinary care, including surgery, high-speed dentistry, and urgent care services. In-house diagnostics and digital radiography support comprehensive and efficient case management. This role is ideal for a compassionate and communicative team player who is proficient in general medicine and surgery. While experience is preferred, the brief does not exclude new graduates.
Practice Details
The clinic is equipped with in-house diagnostics, digital full-body radiography, and high-speed dental equipment. It provides services including preventative care, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care. The practice maintains a fast-paced environment with a focus on walk-in outpatient care, reflecting its commitment to accessibility and high client demand.
Team
The practice includes a team of four DVMs supported by a collaborative and efficient support staff. The clinic fosters a team-focused culture and values strong communication and compassion in its daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
