Introduction
Our client is a veterinary practice seeking a part-time or full-time Associate Veterinarian to join a growing team within a modern small-animal clinic. The role is open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates, offering a supportive, collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care and professional development.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with no Sunday hours. The position offers flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time arrangements, with no late nights, emergencies, or on-call responsibilities.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role encompasses preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry, with appointment lengths structured to support thorough, low-stress care. Responsibilities may include wellness care, internal medicine, surgical procedures, dental care, and participation in community-focused surgical opportunities. The position welcomes both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, supported by mentorship, ongoing education, and regular collaborative learning.

Practice Details
The hospital operates from a newly built 5,397 sq. ft. facility featuring eight exam rooms, a dedicated comfort room, a spacious treatment area, separate surgery and dental suites with dual tables, and a private doctor’s office. Equipment includes digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray, ultrasound, therapy laser, an in-house laboratory, a paperless PMS system with tablet integration, and AI-supported documentation tools. The clinic offers a wide range of services including preventative care, diagnostic care, puppy and kitten care, senior pet care, dentistry, surgical services, laser therapy, urgent care, and exotic pet care. The caseload supports a calm, comfort-focused environment with an emphasis on high-quality medicine, teamwork, and client relationships.

Team
The team includes two DVMs supported by a 2.5-3 technician-to-doctor ratio designed to enhance workflow and patient care. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and mentorship-focused, with structured opportunities for development and shared decision-making.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
