Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team in St. John, Indiana. The hospital provides care for a range of companion animals and is part of a network of community-focused practices, offering a collaborative environment with opportunities for mentorship, growth, and professional development.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Flexible scheduling options are available for full-time or part-time roles, with a focus on work-life balance and team support.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medicine across wellness, surgery, urgent care, reproductive services, dermatology, and general soft tissue procedures. The role includes performing diagnostics and using advanced technology to support patient care. Both experienced clinicians and recent graduates are encouraged to apply, with structured mentorship and professional development opportunities available.

Practice Details
The hospital is AHAA accredited and operates from a modern, state-of-the-art facility designed for comprehensive veterinary care. Services offered include wellness plans, vaccinations, parasite control, grooming, boarding, daycare, surgery, reproductive services, allergy and dermatology care, and emergency support. The practice features advanced surgical suites, CT imaging, and other diagnostic capabilities, supporting a dynamic caseload and a culture of compassionate, patient-focused care.

Team
The hospital employs five DVMs and a dedicated support team, fostering a collaborative, energetic, and mentorship-driven environment that prioritizes communication, professional growth, and exceptional patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
