Introduction
Our client is a well-established small animal hospital in Old Bridge, New Jersey, seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their compassionate and collaborative team. The hospital provides high-quality medical, surgical, and diagnostic care for dogs and cats, proudly serving surrounding communities with a focus on patient wellbeing and client trust.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position. The hospital is open Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on an alternating basis.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care including wellness and preventative medicine, diagnostics, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, and end-of-life care. This position is best suited for an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about small animal medicine, surgical excellence, and building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets.

The hospital offers a modern, fully equipped facility designed to support high-quality medicine. Equipment and services include a robust in-house laboratory, advanced diagnostics, a full surgical suite, an online pharmacy, and microchipping capabilities. The practice provides a wide range of services including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, dental procedures, and compassionate end-of-life care. Team
The team consists of 3 veterinarians supported by an experienced and caring group of technicians and client service staff. The environment fosters teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect, creating an ideal setting for professional growth and high-quality patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
