A well-established small animal hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative, experienced team of four doctors. With over 100 years of combined veterinary experience, the hospital provides a structured mentorship program for new graduates while also offering a team-oriented environment for seasoned clinicians.

The hospital operates as an appointment-based practice while also accepting walk-ins and emergencies for established clients. The schedule includes a four-day workweek with rotating half-day Saturdays, daily two-hour lunch and resource periods, and no after-hours emergencies or on-call duties. The facility is fully equipped with ultrasound, cold laser, digital full-body and dental radiographs, onsite diagnostics, and a reference lab.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow, with an interest in soft-tissue surgery and ultrasound considered a plus. Strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients and team members, and a positive, adaptable approach to challenges are key attributes for this role.
