Introduction
Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital in Apple Valley, California seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their progressive and client-centered team. The hospital has been voted ‘Best in the Desert’ for the past 20 years and is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of veterinary medicine for cats, dogs, and exotics.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open six days a week. Full-time and part-time scheduling options are available.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical services across a range of areas including routine wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, geriatric care, internal medicine, surgery, and urgent care. The hospital also offers avian and exotic care, including services for birds, small mammals, reptiles, and amphibians. This role is suited to a veterinarian seeking to practice advanced medicine in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Practice Details
The hospital is a modern, full-service facility equipped with six exam rooms, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, videoscope, and laser surgery. Comprehensive services include preventive care, dentistry, internal medicine, geriatric care, surgery, laser therapy, and exotic pet care. The practice culture emphasizes high-quality patient care and client service, supported by a highly trained technical team.

Team
The practice currently has 2 DVMs and a well-trained technical support team.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
