Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a Medical Director to lead their thriving small animal hospital.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Medical Director will provide medical leadership, manage associate veterinarians, and ensure regulatory compliance while actively practicing medicine. Responsibilities include guiding the medical team, supporting team development, and partnering with the Hospital Manager on hospital operations and financial performance. Clinical duties include general medicine, surgery, and dentistry. The role is open to experienced veterinarians with at least two to five years of clinical experience who are passionate about mentorship, team leadership, and continuous improvement.

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
