Job Description

A well-established integrative veterinary practice in Langhorne, PA, is seeking a classically trained and holistically oriented Medical Director to lead its dedicated team. Located just north of Philadelphia in a historic building, this practice offers a unique blend of traditional and alternative medicine to optimize the health and well-being of its patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in holistic modalities or a strong interest in training in acupuncture, chiropractic care, Western and Chinese herbal medicine, and other complementary therapies. Committed to a client-centered, pet-focused approach, the hospital integrates fear-free techniques into every visit. Services include acupuncture, cold laser therapy, allergy elimination, nutraceuticals, Chinese herbal medicine, supplements, homeopathy, food therapy, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, full anesthesia monitoring, preventive care, vaccinations, monthly prevention, diagnostic lab work, dental cleanings and extractions, and surgical procedures. This position offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time candidates considered. The hospital operates Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM. A full-time schedule consists of four days per week, including rotating Saturday duties and one designated surgery day. The current veterinary team is flexible and supportive, ensuring a seamless transition for a new team member. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a progressive practice that values collaboration, innovation, and compassionate care.
