This 24/7 emergency hospital in Westminster, Colorado is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join its experienced team of seven veterinarians. The hospital provides emergency and critical care services for pets across the north Denver metro area, managing everything from trauma and urgent medical emergencies to surgery and intensive care. Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Emergency Veterinarian, you’ll assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emergency and critical care cases while working closely with experienced technicians and fellow veterinarians. Responsibilities include performing emergency procedures and surgery, developing treatment plans, managing hospitalized patients, maintaining accurate medical records, communicating clearly with pet owners, participating in daily case rounds, and collaborating with hospital leadership to support clinical standards and efficient patient flow.

Practice Details
The hospital operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing continuous emergency and critical care services to the surrounding community. The practice is equipped to manage trauma, emergency surgery, critical care, and complex medical emergencies, offering a varied and rewarding caseload for emergency clinicians. Located in Westminster, the hospital provides convenient access to Denver, Boulder, and the Rocky Mountains, combining advanced emergency medicine with an exceptional Colorado lifestyle.

Team
You’ll join a team of seven experienced emergency veterinarians supported by highly skilled technicians and dedicated support staff who work together around the clock to deliver exceptional patient care. The hospital promotes a collaborative culture where teamwork, communication, and clinical excellence are central to every shift.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
