Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a companion animal hospital in Tucson, Arizona seeking a full-time Emergency Veterinarian. This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team within a modern, full-service facility providing emergency and critical care for dogs and cats.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The full-time emergency schedule will be arranged within these hours to support work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Emergency Veterinarian will provide emergency and critical care for canine and feline patients. Responsibilities include managing urgent cases, performing diagnostics and treatments, developing and executing treatment plans, and maintaining clear client communication while delivering high standards of patient care.

Practice Details and Team
The hospital offers emergency and critical care services alongside wellness care, surgery, dentistry, and in-house diagnostics within a modern facility.

Team Size
The hospital has a collaborative team including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff working together to deliver high-quality patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
