Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Overnight Emergency Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. The hospital provides emergency, urgent care, and primary care services for cats, dogs, and exotics and is looking for an experienced veterinarian to join its growing emergency team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a purpose-built emergency environment supported by experienced technicians and advanced diagnostic capabilities.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Overnight Emergency Veterinarian will manage a varied caseload of urgent and critical patients during overnight shifts, delivering high-quality emergency care across a wide range of medical and surgical emergencies. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating emergency cases, developing treatment plans, performing emergency procedures as required, communicating effectively with clients, and collaborating closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of patient care. This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian who enjoys a fast-paced emergency setting and is committed to providing exceptional overnight care.

Practice Details
The hospital is purpose-built to support emergency medicine, with an expansive treatment area designed for efficiency and high-quality patient care. Equipment includes digital radiology with radiologist interpretation, telemetry monitoring, in-house CBC, chemistry and blood gas analyzers, quantitative cPL/fPL and proBNP testing, in-house T4 and TSH testing, in-house CRP and SAA testing, D-dimer testing, in-house cortisol testing, point-of-care ultrasound, cautery and LigaSure equipment, and a virtual whiteboard system. Services offered include emergency care, urgent care, wellness and vaccinations, dentistry, exotic pet care, and spay and neuter procedures. Team
The team includes 4 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team. Each doctor is supported by a minimum of three dedicated clinical teammates per shift, creating a collaborative environment that enables efficient workflow, excellent patient care, and strong teamwork. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
