Our client is a hospital providing emergency and specialty care for cats and dogs, and they are hiring for a part-time Emergency Veterinarian position.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves the full scope of emergency veterinary responsibilities, managing a varied ER caseload in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling options are available, and the position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Practice Details
The hospital operates 24/7 from a spacious, extremely well-equipped facility, offering the full scope of emergency and specialty services. The practice provides access to a diverse caseload and a supportive clinical environment with strong infrastructure to deliver high-quality patient care.
Team
You will join a huge team of veterinarians and support staff working across multiple departments. The role offers the opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with board-certified specialists in critical care, internal medicine, dermatology, oncology, rehabilitation, neurology, ophthalmology, and surgery, while expanding your surgical skills through hands-on, intraoperative training with the surgical team.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
