Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join their team on either a full or part-time basis. The hospital treats cats and dogs and is looking to expand its emergency services offering.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves delivering the full scope of emergency veterinary care, with responsibilities including triaging patients, managing intensive care cases, utilising advanced diagnostics, and performing a wide range of surgical procedures. The position offers a varied and dynamic caseload where no two days are the same. Doctor hours are open to discussion. This opportunity is suited to experienced veterinarians who are confident managing ER cases.

Practice Details
The hospital operates 24/7 and is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools including endoscopy, ultrasound, in-house laboratories, and digital x-ray. The facility includes a well-equipped emergency department alongside an ICU, supporting a comprehensive emergency caseload and full scope of ER services.

Team
The team consists of 2 DVMs supported by a strong technician and assistant team per doctor, fostering a well-supported clinical environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
