Introduction
Our client is a specialty and emergency hospital seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join their team. The hospital provides care for dogs and cats and is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Emergency Veterinarian will provide high-quality emergency and critical care, managing urgent and complex cases that require immediate attention. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient exams, medical work-ups, and advanced diagnostics, as well as supporting emergency procedures and patient stabilization. The role involves working collaboratively with specialists across multiple disciplines, maintaining accurate medical records, and delivering compassionate client communication. This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
This is a specialty and emergency hospital offering a full range of services including emergency and critical care, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, and surgery. The facility is AAHA accredited, a VECCS Level II facility, and an ACVECC Level III Veterinary Trauma Center. It is equipped with advanced technology including MRI, CT, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, telemetry, and full in-house laboratory capabilities. The hospital supports advanced patient monitoring and treatment, including cardiac output monitoring, transfusion therapy, and intensive care services. The practice operates within a newly remodeled facility designed to support high-quality medicine and a positive working environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and specialty-level care.

Team
The team consists of 14 DVMs supported by a tenured support team, fostering a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering advanced patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
