Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing emergency care for cats and dogs and is hiring a full-time Emergency Veterinarian. The practice has served the Houston area for 30 years and offers an opportunity to join an established emergency team in a well-equipped hospital environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Emergency Veterinarian will be responsible for the full scope of ER responsibilities, providing emergency and critical care services for patients. Doctor hours are open to discussion. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is open 24/7 on Saturday and Sunday and operates from 6:00pm to 8:00am Monday through Friday. The practice is equipped with the latest veterinary technology, including digital radiography, in-house lab, ultrasound, and more. The hospital provides a full scope of ER services and is committed to using fear-free techniques whenever possible. The practice is also AAHA-accredited.

Team
The practice has 3 DVMs supported by a great team of support staff.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
