Job Description

Located in the heart of the beautiful Pacific Northwest, this new specialty hospital is committed to breaking the mold of traditional veterinary medicine. Founded on core values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, and Humility, with a guiding principle of “Do The Right Thing,” this hospital prioritizes quality of life and work-life balance for its team members.
Emphasizing a horizontal team structure, technical and support staff are highly valued and integral to the hospital’s success. A shared bonus structure reflects this appreciation and grows alongside the hospital. The collaborative and collegial environment fosters growth and learning at all levels, supporting both personal and professional development.
The hospital is seeking an individual who values teamwork and inclusivity, with the vision to expand their core values and hospital vision into the demanding ECC environment. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a hospitalist and a criticalist as those positions are filled. An interest in training and elevating our support staff is a must!
The hospital is transitioning a fully operational 24-hour ER service into a new facility in Gig Harbor, Washington, creating the only specialty and emergency hospital on the Olympic Peninsula.
The recently completed 21,000 square foot facility features a dedicated ICU with long-term mechanical ventilation, a full in-house lab, 64-slice CT, MRI, ultrasound, in-house blood bank and component therapy, I-131 therapy, minimally invasive surgery, flexible and rigid endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and more.
