Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join their team. Providing 24/7 emergency and specialty care for cats and dogs, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a progressive referral hospital where you will work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team managing a diverse emergency caseload.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses the full scope of Emergency Veterinarian responsibilities, providing high-quality emergency and critical care to patients presenting with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, stabilising, and treating emergency cases, performing emergency procedures where required, and collaborating closely with specialists across multiple disciplines to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Specific working hours will be discussed further. The practice is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian who enjoys working in a fast-paced referral environment and is committed to delivering exceptional standards of patient care.

Practice Details
The hospital provides emergency care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with specialty services operating Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. The practice is equipped with, but not limited to, CT, Radiology, and Advanced Imaging, providing clinicians with the diagnostic capabilities needed to manage complex emergency and referral cases. Alongside its comprehensive emergency service, the hospital offers a wide range of specialty services including Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Pain Management. This collaborative, multi-specialty environment allows emergency clinicians to work closely with specialists while providing seamless, high-quality care for every patient.

Team
You will be joining a team of 8 DVMs within a supportive, multi-specialty environment, alongside dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. The hospital is led by a supportive leadership team focused on the success and well-being of its associates, fostering a collaborative culture built on teamwork, communication, and professional growth. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
