Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a premier emergency veterinary facility dedicated to delivering high-quality, lifesaving care to small animals, pocket pets, and exotics during their most critical moments. They are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join their emergency team.

Working Hours / Rota
The clinic operates on weeknights from 6:00 pm to 7:30 am, and is open 24 hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays. The position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves all typical duties and responsibilities within an emergency setting. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive examinations and diagnostic tests, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, performing surgeries as needed, administering medications, collaborating with veterinary technicians and staff, providing client communication and education, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
