The emergency department is open 24/7.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Emergency Veterinarian will work within a fast-paced emergency environment and provide high-quality emergency medicine and critical care. The role includes collaborating with a multispecialty team and contributing to comprehensive patient care supported by skilled technicians, support staff, and medical leaders.

Practice Details
Equipment and technology include a state-of-the-art facility with the necessary tools to support emergency and specialty care, along with EzyVet and Smartflow software for efficient medical record management. Facilities include 24/7 emergency services and specialty departments such as neurology and neurosurgery, medical oncology, surgery, critical care, ophthalmology, and radiology. Services offered include emergency medicine and a wide range of specialties such as anesthesia and pain management, avian and exotics, cardiology, dentistry and oral surgery, dermatology, integrative medicine, internal medicine, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, rehabilitation, sports medicine, surgery, urgent care, and more. The hospital is part of a large family of emergency and specialty hospitals led by veterinarians, with a focus on teamwork, leadership, and compassion.

Team
The Emergency Veterinarian will join the Emergency Medicine Team, which treats over 100,000 patients annually and works collaboratively with highly skilled technicians, support staff, and medical leaders.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
