Our client is a 24-hour Emergency and Specialty veterinary hospital seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join its established Emergency Medicine team. The hospital is part of a veterinary-owned and veterinarian-led organization, providing advanced emergency and specialty care within a modern, well-equipped facility. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Emergency Veterinarian will provide emergency medicine and critical care to patients presenting with urgent and potentially life-threatening conditions. The role involves assessing, stabilizing and treating emergency cases, managing critically ill patients and working closely with specialists to coordinate comprehensive care. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and committed to delivering high standards of emergency veterinary medicine. Practice Details
The hospital operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing continuous Emergency and Specialty veterinary services. The state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced technology to support emergency diagnostics, treatment and critical care. Alongside Emergency Medicine, the hospital offers specialty services including Neurology and Neurosurgery, Medical Oncology, Surgery, Critical Care, Ophthalmology and Radiology. The practice utilizes electronic medical records and patient workflow management systems to support efficient clinical processes and communication between departments. The wider organization treats over 100,000 emergency patients annually, with a strong emphasis on collaborative medicine and comprehensive patient care.

Team
The Emergency Veterinarian will join an experienced multidisciplinary team of emergency clinicians, specialists, skilled veterinary technicians and support staff. The hospital promotes a collaborative approach to patient care, with clinicians working closely across departments to manage complex cases and coordinate treatment. The team is supported by experienced medical leadership and maintains a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, compassion and professional development.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
