Introduction
Our client is a hospital that is hiring an Emergency Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. This full-service animal hospital has been providing quality veterinary care to the community since 1985, caring for cats and dogs through general practice, emergency, and urgent care services. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Emergency Veterinarian seeking flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and a well-equipped hospital environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves the full scope of Emergency Veterinarian responsibilities, managing urgent and emergency cases while delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative team setting. The hospital offers flexible scheduling options tailored to availability, with no on-call or late-night expectations. This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian looking to practice emergency medicine in a sustainable and supportive environment.

Practice Details
The hospital offers General Practice appointments Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with emergency services open 24/7. Services include the full scope of GP and ER services, Urgent Care, Orthopedic Surgery, and Laser Surgery. The hospital is equipped with advanced technology including, but not limited to, an In-House Laboratory, Digital Dental X-Ray, Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, and mobile CT scanning. Additional facilities include a Hydrotherapy Treadmill, Aquatic Center, and a state-of-the-art surgery suite with advanced monitoring equipment. The hospital is AAHA Accredited, recognised by the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society, and is also a Cat Friendly Practice and Fear-Free Practice.

Team
You will be joining a team of 13 DVMs, supported by 36 dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. The hospital is led by a supportive leadership team focused on the success and well-being of its associates, fostering a collaborative culture built on teamwork, communication, and professional growth. Together, the team works seamlessly to deliver exceptional patient care and client service while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
