Our client is a hospital that is hiring an Emergency Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. This 24-hour specialty and emergency hospital provides care for dogs, cats, pocket pets, exotics, birds, and reptiles, offering an exceptional opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary referral environment alongside a highly experienced team of specialists. The hospital delivers advanced emergency and specialty care and is equipped to manage a diverse and challenging caseload across multiple species.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position involves undertaking the full scope of Emergency Veterinarian responsibilities within a fast-paced emergency setting. You will manage a wide variety of urgent and critical cases while collaborating closely with specialists across multiple disciplines to deliver the highest standard of patient care. The role offers flexible scheduling and is suited to experienced emergency veterinarians, including internship-trained clinicians and experienced ER DVMs seeking a collaborative referral environment with access to advanced diagnostics and specialist support.

Practice Details
The hospital operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing comprehensive emergency services alongside a wide range of specialty offerings. Services include, but are not limited to, Radiology, Surgery, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Exotics Services, and Endoscopy, creating a diverse and stimulating caseload. The hospital has recently undergone an expansive remodel and features three surgical suites, a dedicated imaging room, and 13 exam rooms across a two-building campus. Advanced diagnostic capabilities include a GE Optima CT540 scanner, a full clinical laboratory, a new digital radiology unit, and ultrasound, allowing clinicians to provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment options for complex cases.

Team
You will join a highly skilled multidisciplinary team that includes two specialists in surgery, one full-time oncologist, two full-time radiologists, two ophthalmologists, an exotics specialist, call-in endoscopy support from a boarded internist, and an experienced, internship-trained emergency department staffed 24 hours a day. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
