Introduction
Our client is a hospital hiring a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join a practice that has been committed to delivering high-quality medicine while building lasting relationships with pets and their owners since it was founded in March 1994. The hospital cares for dogs, cats, exotics, and wildlife, creating an exciting opportunity for veterinarians who enjoy a varied caseload and the chance to work with a diverse range of species. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, performing surgical and dental procedures, and educating clients on the health and wellbeing of their pets. Doctor hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. The practice welcomes applications from both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings. AAHA-accredited since 2011, the practice offers services including avian and exotic animal care, wellness care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and nutrition. The hospital also partners with different local buisnesses, providing the team with the unique opportunity to work with and support a wide variety of fascinating species. The 6,000-square-foot facility is equipped with an in-house laboratory, a fully stocked pharmacy, and a state-of-the-art surgical suite to support high-quality patient care.

The team consists of 1 DVM supported by a fantastic team of support staff, creating a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional care across a diverse range of species.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
