Job Description
Introduction
A well-established small animal hospital in Woodinville, Washington is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its growing team. Currently a four-doctor practice, the hospital is looking to add a fifth veterinarian to support a strong and consistent caseload. The practice offers a blend of general practice and urgent care services, with full flexibility for doctors who prefer to focus solely on GP, within a collaborative and supportive environment suited to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with Sundays closed, offering a flexible and consistent schedule with no on-call requirements to support work-life balance.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves providing comprehensive small animal care including wellness and preventative medicine, diagnostics, medical case management, surgery, and dentistry, with the option to see urgent care cases depending on individual interest, while managing cases from consultation through treatment and building strong client relationships within a team-focused environment.

Team
You will be joining a collaborative team of four veterinarians supported by experienced technicians and dedicated support staff, within a culture that values teamwork, communication, and shared clinical standards as the practice continues to grow.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
