Introduction
Our client is an AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital providing comprehensive care for cats and dogs. Serving its community for more than 30 years, the hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join the practice on a full-time basis. The role offers the opportunity to practice within a state-of-the-art facility supported by advanced medical technology and a collaborative team. Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates will be considered.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care across primary and preventive medicine, advanced dentistry, diagnostics, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dermatology, rehabilitation, and canine and feline diabetes care. The role provides opportunities to gain experience with orthopedic procedures, supported by advanced anesthetic nursing and pain management, alongside exceptional surgical mentorship and professional development opportunities. Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates will be considered for the position.

Practice Details
The AAHA-accredited hospital operates from a 10,000-square-foot facility featuring two surgical suites and a dedicated physical therapy and rehabilitation department with an underwater treadmill. Advanced equipment and technology include a new ultrasound, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, echocardiography, EKG, OFA X-ray, Tonopen, high-speed dental scalers and drills, AI Scribe, fully digital medical records, and comprehensive in-house and reference laboratory services. The practice provides a full scope of primary and preventive care alongside advanced dental care, rehabilitation, cold laser therapy, PennHIP evaluations, and bone and joint surgery, and is certified by the Feline Veterinary Medical Association. Hospital hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, and Sunday closed.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
