Introduction
Our client is a well-established small animal general practice seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its team on a flexible full-time or part-time basis. The hospital has served its community for more than 35 years and has an established, loyal client base. The practice provides a varied general practice caseload and offers medical autonomy within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide care across wellness and preventative medicine, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and chronic disease management. Additional surgical opportunities include biopsies, endoscopy, laparoscopic procedures, spay and neuter procedures, and tumor removal. The hospital also provides emergency and critical care during regular office hours. Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates are welcome, with structured mentorship available covering surgical, medical, and professional development.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The modern facility features digital radiography, in-house diagnostics, and therapeutic laser technology. Services include wellness and preventative care, vaccinations, internal medicine, dentistry, laser therapy, surgery, spaying and neutering, emergency and critical care during office hours, pet boarding, and grooming. The practice has an established client base and provides veterinarians with access to additional professional development and clinical resources while maintaining medical autonomy.

Team
The hospital has two DVMs supported by a long-tenured support team. The environment is collaborative and focused on helping veterinarians practice efficiently and confidently. New graduates have access to structured mentorship, while experienced veterinarians are supported in continuing their professional development and practicing with clinical autonomy.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
