Our client is a hospital for Cats and Dogs that is hiring an Urgent Care and GP Hybrid Veterinarian. The practice offers comprehensive small animal medical services across an extended schedule, providing veterinarians with the opportunity to work within both general practice and urgent care settings.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position is a 50/50 General Practice and Urgent Care role, offering exposure to a varied and fast-paced small animal caseload. Responsibilities include managing routine wellness and preventative care appointments alongside urgent care cases within a collaborative and well-supported clinical environment. The schedule consists of four shifts per week, including two GP shifts from 8:00am to 6:00pm and two urgent care shifts from 12:00pm to 10:00pm, including every other Saturday urgent care shift from 12:00pm to 10:00pm. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian who is comfortable balancing both GP and urgent care responsibilities while delivering high quality patient care.

Practice Details
This is an AAHA-accredited, Cat Friendly Certified, and Fear Free Certified practice offering Urgent Care alongside a full scope of GP services. The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, including but not limited to digital dental x-ray, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and Tonopen equipment, supporting efficient workflow and comprehensive patient care. In addition to veterinary services, the practice also offers pet boarding, grooming, and laser therapy services. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 10:00pm and is closed on Sundays, allowing the hospital to provide extended access to care for patients and clients throughout the week.

Team
The hospital consists of 4 DVMs supported by a dedicated team of veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. A high doctor-to-technician ratio allows veterinarians to focus on practicing medicine while being fully supported by experienced and skilled team members. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
