Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a full-service, holistic small animal practice seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their integrative medicine team. They provide care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets using both conventional and alternative therapies, creating a comprehensive, whole-health approach for every patient. This is an ideal opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about combining traditional medicine with natural, holistic treatment options.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time scheduling, with no additional after-hours required.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role includes providing high-quality veterinary care across wellness and prevention, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, internal medicine, dermatology, orthopedics, physical rehabilitation, and holistic therapies. You will collaborate with clients to develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans and support them through both conventional and alternative care pathways. The position is open to both new graduates and experienced doctors.

Practice Details
The practice offers a unique integrative model supported by a wide range of services, including wellness care, advanced medicine, dermatology, orthopedics, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, physical therapy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, holistic nutrition, laser therapy, and spinal manipulation. The environment is highly client-focused, emphasizing education, clarity, and shared decision-making. The clinic is structured to support a balanced approach to modern veterinary medicine combined with natural and holistic therapies.

Team
The practice is home to 2 DVMs supported by a brilliant and dedicated support team. The environment is collaborative, learning-focused, and built around compassion, communication, and whole-pet wellness.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
