Role Description and Responsibilities
This position offers the opportunity to perform the full scope of GP responsibilities within a busy and rewarding clinical setting. The successful candidate will be involved in preventative medicine, diagnostics, medical case management, surgery, dentistry, and client education while working with a varied caseload. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and those earlier in their careers, with mentorship provided to support continued professional growth and development. Specific working hours are to be discussed further.

Practice Details
Operating Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 6:00pm on weekdays and 7:00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays, with Sundays closed, the hospital provides a full scope of GP services alongside Urgent Care, Orthopedics, and access to an Internal Medicine Specialist, creating a diverse and engaging caseload. The practice is equipped with modern technology including, but not limited to, Digital X-Ray, Digital Dental X-Ray, Ultrasound, Tonopen, and a Surgical Laser, enabling comprehensive diagnostics and treatment capabilities. In addition to its medical services, the hospital also offers pet boarding, daycare, grooming, behaviour counselling, acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, allowing it to provide a broad range of care tailored to the needs of its patients and clients.

Team
You will join a team of 5 DVMs supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. The hospital is led by a supportive leadership team focused on the success and well-being of its associates, fostering a collaborative culture built on teamwork, communication, and professional growth. Together, the team works seamlessly to deliver exceptional patient care and client service while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
