Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Role Description and Responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality veterinary care, including diagnosing and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and supporting preventative health. Responsibilities include wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, advanced care, and surgical procedures. You will build strong relationships with clients, communicate clearly around treatment plans, and collaborate closely with the wider veterinary and support team. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is an AAHA-accredited facility, reflecting a commitment to high standards across surgery, diagnostics, emergency services, and patient care. Services offered include wellness and preventative care, testing and diagnostics, advanced care, and surgical procedures. The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The practice emphasizes a structured and stable workflow, supported by consistent hours and a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Team
The team consists of 5 DVMs and a great tenured support team, working within a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and mutual support.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
