Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. The hospital provides care for cats and dogs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide a full scope of general practice care while managing a diverse and interesting caseload, with every day bringing something new. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian. Scheduling is open to discussion, with options including three shifts per week, a 6-on/8-off schedule, or a plan built around the veterinarian’s preferences.

Practice Details
The hospital provides a full scope of general practice services, including wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery and dentistry, alongside acupuncture. Modern equipment includes digital radiography, ultrasound and a full in-house laboratory. Opening hours are 7:30am–6:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am–12:00pm on Saturday, with the hospital closed on Sundays.

Team
The hospital currently has one DVM, supported by a great team of support staff.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
