Introduction
Our client is a small animal hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their established, full-service practice. The hospital has been serving the community for over 70 years and provides a wide range of advanced medical and surgical services, including care for dogs, cats, and exotics. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian looking to work in a collaborative, well-supported environment with access to advanced technology and a diverse caseload.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care across a varied caseload, including wellness exams, diagnostics, internal medicine, dentistry, and both routine and advanced surgical procedures. The role offers exposure to orthopedic, laparoscopic, and exotic or avian cases, allowing for the development of advanced clinical skills. Responsibilities also include building strong client relationships, communicating treatment plans, and collaborating closely with the veterinary and support teams. The position is suited to a veterinarian who values teamwork, continuous learning, and practicing high standards of medicine.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. The facility is state-of-the-art and offers a comprehensive range of advanced equipment and services, including digital radiology, ultrasound, echocardiography, EKG, laparoscopy, laser surgery, cold laser therapy, stem cell therapy, and in-house laboratory capabilities. Additional services include orthopedics, oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology, internal medicine, dentistry with dental X-rays, anesthesia, pain management, emergency care, hospitalization, and preventive medicine. The hospital also provides wellness care, vaccinations, parasite prevention, behavioral and nutritional counseling, and advanced diagnostics, supporting a diverse and engaging caseload. The environment emphasizes high-quality, progressive medicine with strong collaboration and access to advanced resources.

Team
The team consists of 7 DVMs supported by a skilled group of technicians and support staff. The culture is collaborative and team-oriented, with a strong emphasis on support, shared knowledge, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
